The present day church, I submit, is living in the first era in which the ability to read the Bible in its original language is literally at the fingertips of the majority of the church. These two books are a decent place to start. I purchased Basics of Biblical Greek while Elnora Bible Institute uses Greek for the Rest of Us.
Pair either one of these books with ANKI flashcards and a decent start can be made towards learning Greek. I do warn you, tighten your britches. Language is no small hare hobby. It's turtles or burnout.
Pastors or missionaries who desire to learn Greek can contact AI and be paired with a volunteer. This volunteer will not teach Greek. Rather he will guide personal study and answer questions you might have.
